Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After the 14 days, the item will not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items purchased at a discounted price or items in a sale category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: Jewelry and Items on Sale.
Return Instructions
Before mailing the item back, you must first complete the return form found on the Return Portal. Click the Return Portal in the homepage's footer to begin a return. After selecting the return portal, click the provided link to be taken to the "submit a return page".

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we received your return, allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Your store credit will be emailed to you.

Submit a Return Request
Log in to your account:
1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request Return
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with store credit within 5-7 business days.
